HyperX Unveils Cloud 3 Gaming Headset

HyperX has a follow up to the much-loved Cloud II gaming headset and it's available to order right now.

HyperX has revealed the next entry in the Cloud gaming headset range, the Cloud III.

The new headset is a follow-up to the much-loved Cloud II, and features a tweaked design with a host of internal improvements.

Getting into the specifics, the new headset comes with re-engineered 53mm angled drivers and comes with a lifetime activation of DTS Headphone:X, the latter of which provides accurate 3D audio spatialization.

In terms of pricing, the HyperX Cloud III will cost $99.99/£109.99 and is available to order now in both black and red.

Alongside the modified 53mm angled drivers and DTS Headphone: X compatibility, the Cloud III comes equipped with HyperX’s signature memory foam ear cushions (that I loved in the Cloud Alpha Wireless), a 10mm mic with noise-cancellation, and onboard audio and mic controls.

For compatibility, the Cloud III will work on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and mobile devices.
